Sis, ada ke harapan budak matrik/asasi untuk fly ke luar negara?
Kalau berusaha, ada jee.
Sis I do like to ask ur opinion. Which are better between upu n matrix? Most of them said that matrix is quite tough. Is it really really tough?
1. It's Matrikulasi or Matriks, not Matrix. 2. It's Asasi or Diploma, not UPU. UPU is the system that students use to apply to these programs. 3. Which one is better is subjective. Each program has its own benefits and weaknesses, and which one is better for you depends on(i) How you prefer to study (ii) What your final plan is (i.e. what you plan to study for degree and where, etc) (iii) Where you want to studyI wouldn't know necessarily if one is hard than the other, but I believe that no matter how hard or tough something is, if you put in the effort for it, it would be fine insyaAllah. And go pray Istikharah. :)
hai kak nazu.Nak tanya pasal mara piln boleh tak tukar kursus yg kita mintak?
Boleh tu boleh, tapi susah. Kena go through a long process dengan MARA so aku tak galakkan la.
do u bring lots of clothes to US?
Not really. Beli sini je mostly.
ada banyak kedai tudung tak kat US?
Tak.
ada tak kawan2 dkt US yg beli n guna kereta dekat sana?
Ada je.
dekat us susah x nak cari makanan halal?
Bergantung kat tempat mana. Ada senang ada susah.
Kalau buat asasi ipta boleh fly oversea tak? Means apply sndri then minta loan mara? Pastu ipta ada tak test ielts ke toefl utk fly oversea?
Test IELTS / TOEFL itu bukannya di bawah IPTS / IPTA tetapi under their own testing agencies. So if kau ambil Asasi tapi nak apply universiti luar negara, kena register and sit for the IELTS / TOEFL sendirilah. Boleh tu boleh, tapi bergantung kepada university mana la.
Hi kak syaza. If you don't mind me asking, what was your backup plan in case you tak boleh study overseas? Or you memang dah set in mind nak study abroad? :)
Hello :)I actually dah memang set nak study abroad. Sebab tu after SPM, I sambung my A-Levels straight away in January, sebab even without MARA, I would still be able to go to the UK.
Untuk amik AS, which one is the best? Amik Asasi/Matrik or Diploma?
There's not one pathway that is 'the best'. It all depends on where you want to study AS, and the requirements needed to get there.More info sila baca http://bit.ly/SainsAktuari
Assalamualaikum, ambil actuarial science kt us guna scholarship apa ya?
Wa'alaikumsalam. Aku tak pakai scholarship. Aku bawah pinjaman MARA je.
Foundation uia boleh fly oversea tak?
Boleh je kot.
Akak dulu penerima biasiswa bursary ke?
I was offered it, yes. Tapi tak terima.
mcm mana nak claim dkt mara duit byr toefl ?
Kalau kau student INTEC, tak payah claim sebab OSSP dah registerkan and bayarkan so kau tak payah bayar apa-apa.Kalau kau student MARA kat kolej lain, print resit TOEFL, buat surat claim and hantar kat MARA.
difference between ielts and toefl?
IELTS = International English Language Testing System TOEFL = Test of English as a First LanguageThe TOEFL is mostly used in the US and Canada, and IELTS elsewhere (most commonly used in the UK / Australian universities). They basically test your proficiency in English. What differs may be in the process in which they do this, and how the grading is. But not one is better than the other, since both are acceptable and can be used interchangeably (it's more of a which one is preferred based on their university).TOEFL has two different versions, the iBT (internet based testing) and PBT (paper based testing), though most people usually do the iBT.There's four sections in both: Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading. For IELTS, the speaking test is done with an interviewer (face-to-face), but for TOEFL iBT, you're speaking to a computer. That's perhaps one of the major differences between these two tests. As for the scoring, TOEFL iBT ranges from 0 to 120 (30 for each section). They add up the total score you receive for each section and that's the overall score you'll get.For IELTS, the score ranges from a band 1 to 9, with 1 being the lowest and 9 being the highest. You'll get a band score for each section, and they'll take the average for all four sections to give you your overall score.
ohh. semua urus sendiri lah? hm. maknenye. kita pergi sendiri? sorang2 lol?? lol. haha. tapi kan kalu pergi dengan takhu ape2 Everything can be wrong. I mean takkan takde guidance?? takutnya. satu pun takde guidance??
Dude, dah besar dah kot. Kalau nak fly tu, kena belajar independent la kot. MARA 'mungkin' akan tolong bab penerbangan, tapi once dah sampai, kau la kena buat semuanya sendiri.Kalau dengar pasal tu pun dah cuak, cuba fikir balik, kau sebenarnya dah bersedia belum nak ke luar negara tu sebenarnya? Dah duduk kat negara orang, memanglah kena independent. Kena pandai cari resources la. Seniors ada, kawan ada, pandai2 la cari gang semua. Tak perlu pun buat benda tu seorang diri, tapi kena pandai uruskan diri sendiri jugak la.
As far as I know, there's two things to MARA.1) The common MARA pathway, which are the PIDN and PILN (Program Ijazah Dalam/Luar Negara) under their Skim Pelajar Cemerlang (SPC). Usually this is what people call as 'MARA Sponsorship' or things of that nature. Usually you'd apply for this after the SPM results are announced, which is what most people go through.2) MARA EduLoanThose who didn't go through MARA's SPC, they might opt to do some other pre-university programs on their own. Like @nadtella, they might choose to do STPM, matrikulasi, A-Levels, etc on their own, and then if they managed to score an offer to study abroad, they might apply for a MARA Loan through MARA's EduLoan system. This could also apply to those planning on studying abroad to further their studies (Masters, PhD, etc).I may be wrong, so take this with a pinch of salt. To be sure, do contact MARA personally, please and thank you.
I shop for books & clothes. Books to add to my collection. Clothes just because I like to treat myself once in a while if I do well in my class. Oh, but most definitely I like to 'shop' for food. 'Cause it's food. Like. It's FOOD.
Sis are you on your holidays rn? Bc it's stated up there active from dec to apr
I'm not on holidays, no. I'm in the middle of the semester, actually. The 'active period' from December to April actually refers to the post-SPM period in which my Ask.fm would be full of "Kak, saya tak tahu nak buat apa" questions. It's an inside joke between my friends and I, on how my 'work' as a 'counselor' is a seasonal one :P Hahaha.
