Wa'alaikumsalam. Aku tak buat asasi. Aku buat A-Levels separuh jalan -> ADP untuk ke US. Kalau nak buat Asasi tu, tengok la dulu requirements kalau nak sambung degree in Actuarial Science tu, subjek apa yang diperlukan masa Asasi.

Environment sebijik je macam kat Malaysia. No hal la bro. Benda2 tu wujud kalau kau buat hal je. Media over-amplify everything. Hidup kat US tak seteruk atau tak se-adventure apa yang kau nampak di kaca TV.

Tahun lepas aku duduk residential hall, dengan roommate Indian-American. This year sewa rumah dengan kawan Malaysians. Next year until graduate duduk studio sorang2 insyaAllah.

Syaza how did you manage to work at the library? I mean, did you just show up to the admin office sayin 'hire me' or what? Ok silly question, ikr. Haha. Just curious.

In my university, they'd post vacancies up on Job Center -> http://jobcenter.wisc.edu/. For the library & dining halls & union related jobs, they usually have a separate application on their websites. So you just fill it up, and if anything opens up and they feel like you are a fit for them, they'll contact you :)

Amazing sis, how do u get to know what happening worldwide, I mean, which website do u always visit to read news?

There's a bunch of online newspapers available (WSJ, NYT, The Star, NST, etc). I don't read only one website, I visit a bunch randomly :)
