What is the best way to learn a foreign language? Do you speak any?
Watch videos that teach the language, take a course, download an app, buy books that teach it, print out worksheets online to practice grammar, maybe even travel to the country they speak the language in. Also try practicing talking in the language with a friend or someone who speaks it. You could even watch movies or shows in that language with subtitles.
