How did you celebrate New Year's Eve?

With my family. We had lots of food and we opened a bottle of wine. starting 9PM, my dad set up the videoke and we sang and sang at the top of our lungs until about 11PM. Then, we had the food ready. And when it was about 12 midnight, we went out to watch fireworks and light our own. :)

what chapter are you writing on the published books? how many chapters left before you finish it? is it longer than the wattpad version?

The Wattpad version is longer because there are a lot of fillers. hahaha. The book version is shorter but it has a different story and I removed some of the fillers which don't really help at all. Also, if I make it longer, it'll be much more expensive. Haha
It has less chapters but the chapters are longer.
And I am now on Chapter 19. From my estimate, about 4-5 chapters more and I'm done. Hope I could finish it this week and then send it to my editors. :D

Favorite song?

That's too many for me to list down! Haha. I'll just tell you what song I am LSS with right now. It's "When I Was your Man" by Bruno Mars. hahaha.
It perfectly nails down how I feel. There's a female version on Youtube and it's really great.XD

not rushing you or anything, but when can you update? :)

Not sure about that. Since I am writing a much different version for Wattpad, I need a separate time for that. The deadline for the book version is near and I have to finish it first. So I think update would be any time between 1-2 weeks. Depending on how early I finish the book version

What publishing house will help you? and how much did you pay them?

I haven't paid them anything yet. What I did was to submit my manuscript to them. They told me it's good and they'd help me publish it. They set up a meeting wherein they explained self-publishing to me and how they'll be able to help me.
The name of my publishing consultants is Bronze Age Media. I didn't pay them anything. Once the book is out, they'll be getting a certain percentage as their payment.

About the book publishing with the local house: how much is the royalties?

It depends per publishing house but from what I've been told it's so small per copy.

What do you expect in 2014?

I expect that I will grow better as a person this year.
Financially: I hope my book becomes successful and I hope to publish more.
Career: I hope I'll find a new job I love or be able to go back to Nursing. Or maybe even grow abroad.
Personal: Lose some pounds and lose all my pimples. I also hope I'll find that love I've been looking for.
Social: Meet new friends and strengthen old ones.

Thank you for answering me and I must say that you're taking a big step on your writing career. Especially now that you're self publishing. I'll look forward to your upcoming book. Since self published books cost more, I'll be saving up from now on. Haha good luck!

Thanks! Haha. The first batch of printing would be cheaper than the next ones. Haha. There's the discount for all wattpad people. :)

I was so shocked to know that you're a Filipino! Kudos to UST! Anyway, I was wondering if you're going to self publish your stories or if its going to be publish by local houses. That got me confusing. Good work on your stories tho

Here's the deal. It's me self publishing it which means the copyright is mine. But I am not alone in this for I have publishing consultants. They are the ones who handle the printing, delivery, accounts etc for the books.
The difference between that and it being published by local houses is that the local houses buy the rights to your book. They pay you a huge sum up front but then all you get are royalties after that per book copy sold. Since I am self-publishing mine with their help, the money goes to me and I just pay them a certain percentage. :)

It won't be every Saturday anymore. First of all, I am very busy with the book version right now so I can't update. And once the book is released, I'll be updating slowly. That is my condition for posting all the chapters on Wattpad.

I started to write the day I started to create my Wattpad account. That was July 19,2012. Haha. I've never really written a story before. :)

If given an opportunity to meet your favourite author who is that and what will you say when you met him/her?

I want to meet Kristen Ashley. Haha. I love her so much.
The first thing I'll tell her would be: "Please hurry up finishing the Fantasyland Series! I am dying to read the fourth book. DYING. haha.

What do you wish for in the New Year?

I wish 2014 would finally give me a love I deserve. I hope to find my King/Prince, my fierce protector, my alpha male, my possessive guy, my superhero, my knight-in-shining-armor who'd blow my mind and my heart to bits.
I wish to write of my own love story instead of love stories I wish were mine. *sighs*

what'd ya get for christmas? don't say none because everyone gets something for christmas

From my family? I swear to you, I got none. No gifts. No money. NONE. I think I'm too old for Christmas. :)
From my most recent ex boyfriend- two pairs of shoes plus one box of chocolates plus shopping money.

i haven't forgiven Nikos yet that's why I want Hector to get her and capture her like Duncan did hahaha
