Tips for those writers who are just starting? :)
Write because you want to and not because you want fame.
Write because you enjoy it.
The fame doesn't come quickly and don't think that just because you started writing that you'd get lots of reads right away. Allow time and then those will come.
If you're writing in Wattpad, post your stories on several share-your-story forums. Those really help a lot. And gain some friends. Those also who have just started and don't have much followers yet. Don't try and approach those who are popular already and ask them to share your story. They would just tend to ignore you or are too busy.
Personally, I never did this. I didn't like to ask people to promote me. What I did was gain friends who were really faithful readers. And I continued writing because I loved it. I was so happy gaining even 10 votes a chapter for How to be a Queen before. LOL.
Err. I guess that's pretty much it. :)) Maybe I'll just make a blog post about this someday.

I can't afford bookstores right now because it's super difficult to place your books there and super expensive. It's super minimal profit for the authors because they charge really high.

How do you plan a story? Where do you write your first draft chapter? In a ipad first? or straight to the computer and then just upload it? :) I mean, where's/ what's the most convenient thing to write on first?
I write it on MS Word using my laptop. I think it's the most convenient because it has a fully functioning keyboard (I hate typing in tablets) and then there's the word spell and grammar check in MS Word. Plus the formatting, You can place it in bold, italics or place underline etc. Haha.
