Should relationships be completely 50/50? Or should one gender take control(depending on the relationship if m or f) As in share everything from money to troubles
I think using gender to determine roles is a very flawed system. Relationships are a partnership, which means both sides are equally responsible for making it work. It should be based on each other's skills and abilities.
For example, my partner and I are both equally capable of doing house work, so there's no sense in just one of us doing it. However my partner is far better at budgeting than I am, so I rely on her more to handle how we handle finances. Meanwhile I can handle certain tasks better than my partner can.
So it's all about what our skills are, rather than what equipment we're rocking.
