Why do some people at work discriminate against people with disabilities like autism, disabled people etc?...

People don't appreciate the difficulty that people have to live with, so they lack the empathy and understanding to properly work with people with more difficulties. In my case, people have made a lot of assumptions without doing any real research.

Have you ever felt as if you were all alone in a world full of people out to destroy you?

Definitely. Medication helps.

🥸 do you wear or have you ever worn glasses? If you haven't and you were told you needed to would you choose glasses or contacts?

I do wear glasses sometimes. I mainly use them for screens.

Have you ever cooked lasagna from scratch?

I've not, but it would be something I'd be willing to try when I'm more capable of cooking safely (disability as halted my cooking).

Would you rather live in a glass house or a house of mirrors?

House of mirrors. You can still have some privacy from the outside world in a house of mirrors.

Would you rather sleep without a pillow or sleep without a blanket?

Without a blanket. Sleeping without a pillow is impossible for me.

If you had to live in any place away from people, would you rather be on a mountain or an island?

Probably an island as I think (I may be wrong) survival is far easier on an island than on a mountain.

It's going for a walk with your pet (if you have) a good idea to release stress?🤍

It definitely can be.
It's biggest advantage, other than spending time with your pet, is that it forces you to be removed from a situation. You're forcing yourself to step outside the home and away from the usual distractions and stresses.
