what harsh truths do you choose to ignore?
We all really do care what others think of us. Some are better at ignoring it than others but it is human nature in the end. Despite claiming that every decision we make is unbiased, we all do something to seem more attractive, successful, reliable and better to other people. We all secretly look for the society’s validation and do our best to be respectable, likable, and cool
Why do we long for the unknown?
The unknown could be anything. We don’t know what it is. It could be good or bad. We don’t want to take the chance that it’s bad so we’ll stay right here. I know what’s going to happen here but in the unknown terrible things could happen
Do you believe in destiny or chance?
I believe in probability. Everything has a chance of occurring no matter how unrealistic it might sound, but it takes unlimited and inconceivable amounts of factors to lead up to each event.
I wouldn't go so far as to say its as simple as luck, but as for fate or destiny, i dont like the idea that the world is predetermined. It sounds like an excuse to not try, in my opinion

What do you consider a wasted life?
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary

No one will come and save you. No one will come riding on a white horse and take all your worries away. You have to save yourself, little by little, day by day. Build yourself a home. Take care of your body. Find something to work on. Something that makes you excited, something you want to learn. Get yourself some books and learn them by heart
