Depends on the people. Some people want to enjoy doing what they love and aren't ready. I'd say wait until 22 or older but really my opinion is irrelevant on the matter.

A good thing is that I'm kind. A bad thing is I treat sleep like it's less of a priority than it should be treated as, resulting in not enough sleep sometimes.
