body weight can be lifted on abs., in order to get bigger bicep. do preacher curl, concentration curls, and take clean diet. abs was made in the kitchen literally.
i do cardio daily ... i'm taking a low carb diet ,,, nd having 2 cups of green tea daily ... avoiding cold drinks nd high carbs diet ... i working out using low weight and high reps ... i think i just need some time for getting ripped ... :) or not ?
Man patience is must. and yeah dont increase reps instead of increase the sets DO INCREASE THE SETS instead of increasing the reps. if you're not gets satisfy with your pump do another set. and try to avoid doing too much workout in summer its not good.
Man use Right weight that can makes you lift even 10 or 12 times FORCED* And do Cardio thrice a week. Drink plenty of water, eat veggies. Drink fruit smoothies. even for getting ripped DRINK BEETROOT and CARROT MIXED SMOOTHIE! Thrice a day.
