Your daily food intakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I am a bodybuilder too and its my humble request to you answer it all in details bruh. Thanks

Breakfast : 2 pieces of bread, 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup off quaker oatmeal, and a juice of carrot and beetroot.
Lunch before 1 of of gym : Anything in home, Spinach , daal etc etc.
After workout : a banana shake with two eggs and two scoops of ensure milk in it.
Dinner : 2 parathas with anything in home in, meat, chicken, but specially after dinner i do drink shake too.
Before sleep : 1 glass of ensure milk,
Remember this is my winters diet, make water your friend , and grean tea your power.
