Man! TIME IS EVERYTHING. Take your meals on time. and eat clean! eat some boiled foods, like boiled chicken, boiled egg yolks, Brown rice , Veggies oily. BUT REMEMBER TIME HAS ALSO IMPORTANCE IN BODYBUILDING. take your meals on time!

Well exactly as i already said in some of my answers that you can only maintain your physique in this month. Do gym daily with one day gap and only for 40 minutes because in order to maintain.

Bhaijaan ! for how long have u been working out I mean gym kb se start kra aapne at what age ? 😏

Hi! you seem well informed so let me ask you this. I've been going to the gym for almost 4 months, and I am really healthy. I am 5'8 with 65 KG. My main focus are my abs. they're visible without flexing but how do I lose more fat and get enough proteins to grow?

Well if your abs are visible in your body, then you have a golden chance. in order to make them more ripped do side crunches from both sides, leg raises before sleep. btw for abs the best food you can eat is , Pizza salad, veggies and banana shake. And protein only fulfill your damaged areas of your muscles and make them grow while sleep. and it seems you're a begginer. you have to do body weight workouts like pull ups , chinups the best , tricep dips, chest dips. in the begging and some muscles stretch workouts like, pec dec, front pully, back pully. do these workouts for 1 week. your muscles get stretched and then start your workout. follow some schedule of Pro bodybuilders. REMEMBER WORK LIKE YOUR ASS OFF!
