Are you following the news? What are you interested in?

I was about to give you a categorized list of 21 news sites I follow every update of. I decided not to, because that's my trademark of me.
I follow weather, world news, national news, consumer technology, defense news, aviation news, and electrical engineering news.
I recommend Drudge Report, coupled with the EIB network on AM radio. I follow both daily.
There is so much spin in news. The concept of worldview is central to how everyone interprets the world around them. Your worldview is centered on your religious faith. Everyone believes in a god, whether your god is Jesus or yourself. Everything stems from your core beliefs.
The bible would say, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." Proverbs 1:7
That is a very true statement affirming my theory of worldview.
Put in another way, 'Your concept of god determines the foundation that you build all other knowledge on.' or 'If you respect God, it gives you a foundation of solid truth that you can build every other aspect of truth upon.' (Both JAB translations.).
If you believe your god is science, you are going to describe the existence of everything, along with every appropriate and logical mechanism, to conclude that the universe began with a 'big bang.'
I too would claim the universe began with a big bang, but my version would be God spoke 'Let their be light!' and light was created all throughout the expanse of the universe.
Trying to describe the universe without a god, as modern science attempts to accomplish, creates many religious beliefs. Science is observable and repeatable.
The theory of the big bang is neither observable nor repeatable. Call it what it is: a belief that you must put faith in.
I can attest as an Electrical Engineer having simulated some pretty complex stuff before: The more complex something is, the more it is influenced by fine tuning increasingly small variables. To say we can know definitively how the universe came into existence by saying we know this by computer simulation is a great farce. We have very little knowledge to even guess the smallest of assumptions. Remember, science is observable and repeatable. We're speaking of stuff that has never been observed or repeated. We don't even know where to begin, but that is what is taught in higher education as the foundation of all other knowledge.
The problem with that is the foundation affects everything you build on top of it.
It is easier for me to acknowledge God than for you to believe all of the false assertions that put you on the pedestal rather than God - Jesus. I have observed something repeatable. Do you know what the odds of Israel existing are? Do you know how many people have tried to wipe out Israel? Israel is a chosen messenger from God. Jesus was of the tribe of Israel himself. Yet Israel is a vibrant nation as prophecy predicts written in 2000bc and before that we have dated records of (Dead Sea Scrolls)

your favorite lie is ..?

I would rather give someone disappointment than tell a lie.
I've met few people with similar philosophy.
I've been trying to develop tact in how I say truth.
Many people don't realize how incredible my real life actually is - read that 'non-credible' as the dictionary defines it. People assume that it isn't true. True story.

What is the most awkward thing you've said to someone special?

When I was younger, when I was extremely sleep deprived, I said some things I regret now.
I'll be waiting for when said words come back into my life. It will only happen if I'm successful to a large degree, which may very well happen. It would be nice if some things I said could be collectively forgotten, but it's ok if they aren't.
My written words don't amount to a crisis of character, just embarrassment. Some things I've said were the right things to say, it's just I wish I said them differently.
I found the key to everything I needed in life a little after I wrote things I wish hadn't. I would say 2nd year in college my life significantly changed. I came into my mind and power of it once I found a way to sleep peacefully. A great deal of development and maturing happened after that moment.
Jesus has always been the Lord of my life, my entire life. The things I've said in my life weren't evil, just embarrassing. The sins I have made against others I've done my best to repent of and seek forgiveness. It will be interesting to me to see if forgiveness and grace were truly extended.
I've never been perfect... I'm just human... I've made mistakes.
Everyone wishes that they could have done things better in their past. That's the humanity of it.
What I'm basically saying is I've said some incredibly awkward things in my past - absolutely no filter.

if the answer were yes, what would be your question?

I need a girlfriend and wife in the future, although a potential 'no' isn't a prohibiting factor from asking the question in the first place. It just means I need to look elsewhere and someone isn't worth my time.
I like my requests I ask God for on a regular basis. As long as my motive is pure and it serves God's kingdom rather than myself, I think the answer is frequently 'yes.' I see this in my life over time, and the changes weren't naturally achieved.

Do you prefer vintage or new?

Whatever has the most value to me. Different choices for different things.
Cars: Some people appreciate classic muscle cars, antique sports cars, cars rebuilt from the 1930's and 40's, etc.
I don't appreciate old cars. Engineering has made tremendous advances in both design and fabrication over time. Cars built in this millennia also have much better safety due to engineered crumple zones, letting you walk away from an accident in a newer car that with an older model you would be paralyzed from the waste down or worse from the engine being pushed to where your lap once was. Also, engine performance and efficiency have greatly increased over classic engines.
Alcohol: I prefer vintage, although I think this is a marketing gimmick - not that vintage and new have the same taste or that the vintage taste isn't smoother or other factors - I realize this. The fact that a bottler uses a chemical reaction that takes 15 years to mature when modern science could achieve the same taste relatively instantly and with greater precision if there wasn't a stigma against 'new' alcohol.
Clothes: New, although I'd pay for new with a vintage look in some styles. The reason being I'm not a fan of sharing things like grime and bacteria from a previous owner. You may say 'you can wash it.' That's a given, but even washed clothes carry residual bacteria films and grime. You could wash the garment harshly, but then you destroy the finish and color of the material.
Airplanes: Vintage with caveat. If I was spectacularly rich, I would look really intently at a P-51 in good condition. Why not buy new? They don't make planes new that are piston powered, fast, maneuverable, transferable, and with a low enough maintenance cost that anyone beside a government could afford to fly it. A piston engine is actually significantly more efficient than a turbine engine from my understanding, giving a P-51 a cross country range that is unmatched for cost per flying hour and total price. I also really like the piston aesthetics. Piston engines fell out of favor after the 1940's due to weight, altitude and temperature stability. Caveat: If cost per flying hour on an airplane like Boeing's T-X was something I could afford to fly 100 hours per year in, I would think about it as a far out dream. Something like a T-X is supposedly transferable. Almost anything else modern isn't transferable.
Homes: New. I have had a great deal of architecture ideas for an ultimate home. However, short of royalty, I'll take whatever is a good deal.
Tools: Best Deal. I bought a lot of tools refurbished in the last 10 years. It was a good deal. I haven't had many problems with my tools.
Computer parts: New. Usually used computer parts have serious hidden problems from people screwing things up and then returning them (Overclockers for instance.)
Art: Vintage. Printouts aren't the same thing.
Food: New, with specific exceptions in meat & cheese.

If you could turn back time, would you do it? Why?

Depends on how the turned back time is graded.
Logically, I could live a more perfect life with better outcomes if I could relive the past with present knowledge.
If outcomes no longer matter, than it is pointless.
If I had to relive life and endure struggles that I had gotten through once, but the outcome was only for my benefit, it would be much easier to give up or check out.
If turned back time was graded, then it would be tempting - it would be a superpower level advantage.

What should a real man be able to do?

Men should have an authentic relationship with Christ.
Other then that, society has redefined gender roles so much it's not even worth writing about real men because in society in general that means absolutely nothing. Make your own judgements. This is a loaded question.

Thoughts on those who have crush on you??

They seem especially absent from my life. If they really have a crush on me they should work on that.

most sweet person you know?

My mother goes out of her way to make me happy and include me in her life on a regular basis. Since I don't have many friends I would have to say I appreciate that.

What’s wrong with being funny?

There's nothing wrong with that as long as your humor isn't morally degrading. Much humor in society is morally degrading. It's unfortunate how degrading society is. Almost imploding...
I'm not saying a little off color as much as blatant degradation. One of the twitter accounts I shadow follow is extremely degrading, and I really don't like that.

What do you miss, but would like to have at your home? 🏘

Current Space upgrades:
In terms of specific things in my current condo for my current condo, I would like a built in microwave to free up counter space in my kitchen.
Another thing for this condo that I need is bookcases. However, I have so little space I almost need to build custom bookcases that fit above desk space to fit my book collection.
I might get a desk or two that fit my office space perfectly.
The most elaborate thing I would want if I was going to live in my condo for a while would be a glass shower door of a particular kind.
If I had money but had to live in my current condo, I would spend a little on an ultimate computer, since a computer can be so much bigger than the space it takes.
Other than that I don't have space for anything else in my current living arrangements.
Basics:
A garage would be nice during the winter, which is something I currently lack.
Most of all, with my currently living arrangements I lack space. My collection of stuff needs space.
I also have to be conscious of not making noise for neighbors, which means almost all sound is enjoyed with headphones. It would be nice to have space so that people wouldn't get peeved if you wanted to entertain more than just yourself or two people both wearing headphones.
Intermediate:
I miss having a proper workshop. I like building things, especially if I'm not engaged with building things professionally.
A large master bedroom closet for me would be nice - I have a nice collection of clothes.
Ultimate Home:
If I had enough space for an exercise room and could afford to be partially self-contained, I would want a Woodway treadmill, a free weight rack/cage with incline/decline bench, plus Dumbells and weight plates. A functional trainer like Cybex or Nautilus brand would be awesome if space and funds weren't an issue as the next level up over a nice and safe free weight setup. There's other equipment I might get if space and money weren't an object, like an Octane Eliptical and other weight machines to add to basics.
Fitness would be a really big deal to me. When I was young I got extremely strong by taking breaks from studying for school by going downstairs and doing a few sets lifting weights. Great for stress relief at the time too.
I have tons of ideas for an ultimate home to live in. A journal devoted to it that I write ideas in every so often.
My ideas all depend on what constraints I have in life. My dream is to have acreage for several end goals. I would want an entirely self contained life, or at least have the infrastructure for it. By entirely self contained I mean everything except groceries and goods - not to that extreme, although a fancy garden is a luxury I would want.

What concert do you want to go to? ?✌

I would like to go to some EDM concerts, maybe deep house in particular. Above & Beyond's 50 multiple podcast concerts are something I really want to see, especially the deep house opener. Oliver Heldens might be someone worth seeing. Calvin Harris. A Calvin Harris song started my interest in finding songs to represent my relationship when my significant other at the time sent me "Flashback". DJ Tiesto would be interesting also to me, but I appreciated classic Tiesto music more than recent concert playlists. A Deep House themed Tiesto concert would be amazing with Tiesto's podcast mix talent.
Some year I might be interested in Lollapalooza along with Chitown culture.
I also want to see an Above & Beyond acoustic concert, which they sometimes do.
Having grown up playing Piano, Keyboard, and experimenting with Acid Loops to make my own (simplistic) EDM, from an early age I have appreciated Trance as well as Classical music.
I want to be at Lake George some August with a significant other and go to all my aunt and uncle's concerts (who both play Bassoon) with the Philladelphia Orchestra series at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, which has wonderful and classy atmosphere. I would really like to see this some year soon with a significant other. I have no idea how much longer the Lake George tradition and orchestra nightly will last. I enjoyed it when I participated in it. I especially want to make a point of being there at the SPAC for Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture.

How jealous are you, on a scale of 0 (not) to 10 (extremely)?

Probably a 5, but playing games with me will take it to a zero once I'm desensitized by trauma. I'm not going to react to people trying to pull strings when that's the whole purpose in them pulling the strings in the first place.
You don't want to get to a zero jealously level because it also represents about a zero relational health level. Just a fact of my current reality however.
If I was married to someone I expect complete fidelity. There will be no known open style or side relationships allowed. I think complete fidelity when married is a moral responsibility to both your partner and children.
Infidelity is grounds for dismissal in any official relationship short of marriage as well.

What music are you listening to now??

Tiesto's Club Life Episode 596 after listening to Episode 597 previously.
Song: Jonas Blue feat. Jack & Jack - Rise (Retrovision Remix)
I love Tiesto's Club life and Above & Beyond's Group Therapy, I listen to most episodes on wireless headphones supplied from ITunes on my PC.
In Engineering School (2009 grad) I listened to Tiesto's Radio 538 and Above & Beyonds Trance Around the World podcasts as a staple to study to while spending many hours in the library on a daily basis. I think it got me through school by providing just enough distraction that I could concentrate on all of the demanding math Electrical Engineers have to study so that I could stand studying for 4 hours a day or more in the library.
Tiesto's Albums were also very important - Especially In Search of Sunrise 1-7 . I'll still pull out In Search of Sunrise 1 even because I really like some of the rifts in classic trance.
My favorite style of Trance is Deep House, Tiesto's AFTR:HRS is a newer favorite mix.
I also really like Above & Beyond - I will listen to them regularly. I especially like Cubicolor on Above & Beyond's label.
I love finding meaningful Trance, which I'll look up the videos to on Youtube and then save in a playlist. I could tell my whole relationship story with my significant other (long term crush only unfortunately) with the music I hear and save on my playlists. Perhaps at a wedding I will have a soundtrack featuring all of these songs that meant something to me if things work out.
I only tire of trance when the same melody is repeated too often which sometimes happens with Above & Beyond, or specifically with Tiesto's mixes I don't like 'fruity' style trance as much. There is some I will turn off in that style. Other than these minor complaints I really like these two artists.

If you were going to get a tattoo, what would it be and where?

I am extremely conservative when it comes to ink. Nothing moral. My philosophy is a lifetime is a really long time to have something.
I don't know if I'm a fan of the obligatory wedding band. Just something to snag on things, get dirty or corroded, conduct electricity, get banged up when working on a car, etc. I would want to state I would be faithful however. To show a desire for loyalty without having a ring, I would get a ring tattoo. This is a likely tattoo I would get when the time is right.
Side note on Tattoos - most foreign objects within the body are consumed by macrophages and removed. Tattoo ink however is both permanent and foreign.
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/03/180306101708.htm
It was either in an article based off of the source paper above, or somewhere else that I read tattoo ink is in a special class when it comes to immune system response, and that tattoos often come with persistent immune system issues.
I think a tattoo wedding band is desirable and likely. Other then that I would have to think very carefully.

What is the most unappetizing meal?

Matthew 3:4 Describes John the Baptist's appearance, and it says he survived by eating locusts and wild honey. I could manage the honey if I could figure out a way around the bees, but locusts?
https://goo.gl/images/aMVJqS
When I was in Korea, I learned fried silk worms was something people ate there. The smell of frying them was similar to raw sewage except got carried by the wind for over a quarter-mile.
https://goo.gl/images/UkuEiU
I was about to say that was too gross for me to consume, but I'm pretty sure I was goaded into eating one in America at a martial arts party in my college years. It wasn't terrible, not really good either.
South Koreans had a very large palette. I would say they generally prepared their food well, I never got sick when I was there, despite eating all sorts of stuff I never even imagined being edible. I don't think I would have the same adventurist approach in any other Asian nation save Japan.
General rule of thumb is eating insects is bad if not disgusting.
I don't think I would want shellfish/filter feeders from New York City Harbor either or any other densely populated area.
The stuff about cockroach milk being considered a 'superfood' is a bit disgusting. I guess if it was a matter of survival and it was generally regarded as edible I might consider consuming it.
I've heard abysmal things about food quality and what passes for food in China. I saw something a couple years ago on Drudge or some other news site about a meat product there actually being cardboard soaked in solvents. I've also heard Americans living there say that a good meal was one they could keep down but would still be sick from otherwise.
I've had candy from India that tasted the same as an air freshener you would put in a car. I didn't realize that smell was edible. The candy wasn't horrible.
One backpacking trip I went on (week long) featured freeze dried food of some kind or another. Going down it wasn't bad, but once down it had a very strong resemblance in smell to rotten eggs. Everyone on the trip was suffering, and everyone on the trip had a strong rotten egg odor to them.
https://goo.gl/images/2bpaoF
What could you do 50+ miles away from civilization but continue to eat it as planned so that you could have the energy to get back. During the same trip prior to the backpacking part someone spilled milk or a milk bottle broke inside the trunk of my father's 1996 Suburban. In 2016 when it was disposed of, you could still smell the accident, despite multiple thorough cleanings and it being close to 18 years later.
On a different note, I've been reading that bacon is being recognized as being a carcinogen, and out of things normally eaten one of the more rancorous ones at that. I haven't changed my view of bacon being appetizing, but I've been less likely to consume it as of late.

If you could be any fruit, which one would you be?????🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🍈🍒🍑🍍🍅🍆🌶🌽

I don't think fruit is a valid representation of me. Fruit rots in short order and must be disposed of.

What is your dream vacation?

My dream vacations all need to be prepared for, for up to a year in advance. Mountains are generally involved, but not inclusively. Adventure is always paramount. Language is not a determining factor. My ideal vacation should be something that stories from it last a lifetime. The backdrop of the best parts of it should be able to be captured and put in a frame on a wall - personally created artwork that has character, tells stories and tastefully warms a home.

what's your favorite poet to read on rainy days?

There is art in constructing meaning in words, but wisdom is an art in life that transcends the words that it is written with. When I am sad, I go to the source of wisdom.

Did God create himself?

I really don't know the answer to this question. It isn't even hinted at in the Bible to my knowledge.
I don't even know if we exist in the same dimensions that God exists in. I know God is outside of our linear concept of time because God knows the future just as well as the past. That's just one dimensional difference that I know God is different from us.
As humans, we really don't even know what we observe around us is really what we see. Did you ever watch "The Matrix"? I got an interesting question from that, one that humanizes my understanding of my existence and what God may be like.
What if we're all just a simulation on a machine in heaven or wherever God exists that God coded all the rules in some extremely complex software program to run? What if each of our experiences are tailored specifically to give us exactly what we're given in life, than what if we're tested to see if we're a good result or a bad result?
This is sort of beyond my capacity. My point is don't put God in a box that we are also in. We know certain specific things about God that are revealed in 2 places, The Bible and Creation. If God is sovereign you can be sure that everything contained in the bible is exactly what God wanted us to know, and that the Bible is protected from corruption by God's power. From what we know of Creation, we can see God is enormously complex. We can see trillions of galaxies just from our point of observation on earth, and we keep finding more as we look deeper into what we can see. God says he created this universe we live in. We may be like God in our ability to create things. Humans are the only creatures on earth created in God's image, and we have the unique ability to create machines and chemicals and use the earth for our benefit beyond what every other creature does - scavenges from what's available. I think we are micro-images of God so that we can realize parts of God's qualities and character if we look for him. We're also the only creatures on earth with souls outside of angels and demons who visit here. That means we are the only creatures on earth that could act as God's servants in God's kingdom outside of earth.
God is so limitless and complex. I'm willing to devote my life to God's service so that I can someday learn more about this vast expanse of creation, and if creation is simply artwork on an easle somewhere in God's kingdom that God occassionally paints on, I at least want to know someday what is real and meaningful and what is just artwork. I don't want to be judged 'wanting' and be eliminated from God's kingdom before I have a chance to understand a little more of it than I do today. From what we can see of God's creation, and how limited we currently are as humans, I doubt we could ever be dissapointed from knowing the architect who designed the experience that we are in.

But isn't an angry God really a hurt or afraid God?

That's a very humanistic view of God. You observe human patterns and you extrapolate that God must be just like us.
My God is a much different God then that. The first words that we have in our historical record about this god is Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
If you take that for what it means, my God is much greater than anything we could imagine.
If you don't believe in that statement, your god is simply a human creation (or at most a demonic being) and is fallible in the same ways humans are. I pity you if you believe in a god that isn't all powerful, because you are wasting your time on an imagination that doesn't exist, and even if your god did exist, why would your god of human proportions devote his attention to you among 8 billion other humans (approximate off the cuff #).
The God I believe in, Yahweh, frequently describes his relationship with humans of that of a gardiner and crops. The humans being the crops. God is seeking to grow fruit that is good and pleasing to him. If you only produce rotten fruit or no fruit, what good are you to God? You are taking up His energy as he seeks to cultivate you, yet you produce nothing he wants. The bible says such crops are first worked on and given a last chance, and if they don't respond they are thrown into the fire to be destroyed.
God's anger is first corrective. He's giving you a chance to be what God wants. Later, God's anger is judgemental. You serve absolutely no purpose to God, and in fact you are poisening God's other crops around you. At some point you serve no purpose to God and God gets rid of you.
Life is simply a test. God is evaluating a batch of future servants/leaders for his Kingdom. If you don't measure up, you won't be in God's kingdom. God is the sole evaluator here and decides all the rules, you don't have a say. You can say it's unfair all you want (although God is described as just, and he even forgives you when you mess up if you seak to have a heart like God's), but truly you don't have a say in what is good and what is bad. God is a King, and if he doesn't need you because you work against him, you get disposed of.
Now the really cool thing about this King is he also loves us (we are His creation) and desires us to have a right relationship with him. That's the whole story of Jesus His son dieing on the cross so that God could be perfectly just yet overlook screw ups in our lives if we ask God to forgive us. There's a lot to this story, this is a simple 2 liner description, so don't try and find fault with it until you've taken the time to understand what this truly means for you.
In short it is good news, becuase it gives us purpose in a broken world. Purpose beyond our own otherwise empty, broken existence. Knowing everything has purpose brings peace into your life because you see things from a bigger, complete perspective.
Getting back to the question. Is an angry God really a hurt or afraid God?
