I don't think crying is a strength or weakness. I think it comes from within and is an expression from our heart and what we feel. I think it's a relief and helps lighten any heaviness we may carry.

Should you give up on someone who gave up on you bc of reasons they didn’t understand?
You can't force something that's not there. You need to first understand if they are really done. Then you will know if you should give up or not. If I really want something, I don't give up. If I know it's done, I move along.

Does it really help for men when they talk to people about their feelings. Would people respect them and understand them?
I believe it does. I have had a few guy friends come to me after their breakups. One even cried. I think it's good for them to let it out. Of course I respect and understand them. I'm always real and tell like it is. I don't sugar coat anything. If they are wrong, I let them know.
