I never sleep good

It happens with me occasionally. My nervous system became less power because of many tragic events in my life over last 10 years.

I slept well, just not enough.

I wake up every hour and have really weird dreams or nightmares. It’s hard for me to fall back asleep

Slept like garbage.

Not well. I woke up in panic which proceeded to cause an even bigger panic attack.

I slept great with my baby

I actually slept pretty good last night ☺️✨

My dog kept waking me up hehe lol 😂
