I don't know. I don't suffer from any back pain. I be looking at these infomercials and they have this thing that you strip to by your feet and it holds you while you go upside down on it. People say it helps their back. You can get a more comfortable chair that can support your back. I heard yoga works too.

What is the most embarrassing thing u have ever done?
I slipped on a patch of ice running after a bus last winter and I fell on my knees. People saw me and was asking was I ok. That was embarrassing. My pants got wet from the ice and my knees hurting for two weeks. I hate the snow and ice.
