Overuse... I don't think I use anything too much. I do start a number of my sentences with either "so" or "well", but that's typically a mitigation strategy to express disagreement with something I'm responding to when I'm not trying to fight about it, or to bring up some other possibly uncomfortable topic.

Not especially. I was more interested in them when I was younger.

Sometimes I have been, but never by much. Like, I never went to a little league game in a suit and tie, but I've worn a button-down and khaki's to events where most people were in shorts or jeans.
