What's your own way to cope with stress?

I try to accept , compromise, adapt, avoid or even collide sometimes though i try to avoid the last one as possible , i think stress can be a way to grow more and learn about ourselves and the world though i mainly hate most of it ..
With that said i must say i ve been a mess through it mostly and done some pretty negative things that i aint proud of in order to cope or pass the moment ..

How do you stop from falling into a self-judgment spiral?

By Self-compassion which include self-forgivness , better understanding of situations u judge urself around , trials to get to the bottomof it as sometimes it is an instinct we develop to protect ourselves mainly emotionally , acceptance , not defining urself with one quality; u r much more than that .. ,
not compareing urself to others cause each has his own path and circumstances.
Once u become conscious of negative feelings it try to breath through them and not to dwell over them for long ; they r just some feelings and they dont mean anything in this situation ..

others feel the same way about us too.. i think we r aught not to surrender this fear cause if we did things will get uglier than ever and it would turn us into viscous animals willing to devour one another with no mercy.
u cant live in fear ..
