I have stolen shit before. But i have also returned more peoples things than i have taken peoples things... In this exact moment even though i am hurting i would still return the wallet.

I know the right answer is yes but it honestly depends on the effort to return it. I see them drop it, I find a contact number in it or a way to find the person? 100% I give it back contents intact. I gotta do major detective work? It doesn't go to 0 but it does go below 100%. Even in the detective work scenario, if I find the person, it's contents intact, always.
