It is disrespectful. Just because other people do it doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt you. It takes a lot of discipline to keep our focus, and attention on one person. But no not all guys do that. But know this it is not your fault, it is not you that is the problem. It is his choice to not discipline his mind.
