What is your understanding, and what has been your experience regarding the difference between “self-esteem” and Self-worth”? 210104’0562

Self-esteem is how I feel about myself, my looks, my personality, my short-comings, my culture, my life, etc. Self-worth is how I value myself, my talents, my accomplishments, my failures, my skills, my lack thereof, my productivity, etc. My self-worth has always been high, my self-esteem not so much.

Would everyone do a pay it forward today? Even the smallest gesture could mean something huge to someone. Not asking much. Even if it is giving a homeless man sone change. Be kind today.

Pay-it-forward everyday.

Is there a difference between success and fulfillment?

Yes. I can be fulfilled getting married and having children - but I wouldn’t consider that being successful. Then again, success and fulfillment are subjective. My goals and wants may not be yours, and vice versa.

(Said with a smile) Have you ever try to breathe quieter while walking up a hill so bystanders don't hear you fighting for your life?

This is why I don’t walk up hills anymore, lmfao.
