Should more women be in charge in government

We had a good woman in Theresa May ; she put her country before party . . . .
So her party got rid of her.
Then we got a Baffoon , & now we have a Ditsy-Warmonger . . . . . coz that's what our stupid nation wants ~ evidently .
OK , if the female isn't a ditsy , but a strong, humane, intelligent woman ~ she is better , on balance , than an otherwise reasonable man , because there are no balls to get in the way .

In general, yes.
However, unfortunately older generations women can sometimes be just as bad as the men with their old fashioned, sexist viewpoints.
Personally doesn't matter which gender gets in people think women will do right by the country but if look at history of women prime ministers just bacause I'm female I would back women for being the best gender for the government you think strikes was bad this summer look at history the last women pm who made mess of it ..
It depends whether they’re any good.
I agree women and BME people shouldn’t be held back and discriminated against, but I don’t think being from another background makes someone good.
Liz Truss, Theresa May and Margaret Thatcher were all bad for poor women, and Kwasi Kwarteng, Nadhim Zahawi and Suella Braverman are all bad for poor BME people.
(They also aren’t there on their merits; they came up through a David Cameron’s ‘A List’, which is just about the least meritocratic thing on earth, then got promoted for blind loyalty to Johnson and Truss).
So I’d happily be led by a good woman if one were ready to take over, I just deny that a change in genitals or skin colour is worth anything if those at the top have the same toxic ideas.
Three of the last 8 UK prime ministers have been female, and 10 out of the 29 in the current cabinet. They seem to be doing pretty well.
Although the Labour party has never had a female leader, let alone a prime minister, so something's not right on that side of the house.
