Unfortunately with heavy hearts we must bring you all some big news - we are marking today as the end of Poor Traits. We are all on different paths in our lives, and keeping this band together has been more of a struggle this year than ever before. We are all grateful for the music that we've made and the places that we've played together. This band marks the end of an era that we as musicians and people will remember forever, but it is only just a stepping stone for greater things to come.
On and ending note, we present "Swan Songs" - our final release as a band. To anyone who has ever bought a shirt or a cd, come to a show, booked us, played with us, put us up for a night on tour, listened to our music online or shared our music to a friend - this one is for you.

I don't think i can identify a single book ~ or 2 or 3 ; I'm terrible for remembering authors name , apart from the few . . .
I think I can safely say my 2 favourites (Authors) are ~ Mo Hayder ~ & ~ Peter James ~ . Why, is a much harder task . . . they stress & deliver , & in some way . . satisfy ?
If I had choose just one it would be 'Hanging Hill' by Mo Hayder , a stand alone 'thriller' ; what does it is unbelievable misunderstanding which doesn't become apparent til the final chapter . . .
~ others which are strong candidates for top favourite . . the millennium trilogy by Stig Larson ~ Lispeth Salander is my hero . . but her abuse is hard to take .. . .
~ The Island by Victoria Hyslop , was an exceptionally moving book , the cruel twists of fate were very hard to take at times
~ 'Girl A' by Girl A ~ about the Rochdale child abuse ring , was damn hard to take . .
~ finally , 'A Multitude Of Sins' by Hugh Cornwell ; probs the only Rock, truly AUTO-biography . . .

I know the feeling .~ there was a 5 month period , after my divorce , when I lost everything -& I mean EVERTHING . I even lost my car & nightmareishly my kids. Somehow I got by . . . & pulled it together .
