Let see.- I usually wake up at 5.30 and have proper breakfast along with yogurt and fruits.- I go zumba at least once in a week (usually twice)- I don't smoke but I drink sometimes.- I don't eat after 6pm.- But I snack a lot, especially sweet things.My friends predict that I'd die of diabetes due to my excessive consumption of sugar. But I'm confidence I'd live until at least 65 as long as no one plans to kill me.
It's when you can't follow society's conventional sleep schedule right?As someone who never had any sleeping problem, I would say that must be bad. You have to find activity or job that suits your sleep schedule.
