Not much I can say? People have their own feelings and tbh I've felt like that many times... Self harm isn't new to me either I just think that by doing these things you're hurting yourself and others more than you could realise and also you may be sat thinking I'm already in pain... The voices, or other things... They will eventually go away... That's a promise
