My second boyfriend (of five years). The whole entire relationship was toxic, abusive, and painful. The ending was rough and long overdue.

My last relationship (of 3 years). It was awful in the sense that he was in love with me, and I loved him, but I wasn't in love with him anymore. He wasn't a bad guy and there wasn't one specific reason, I just couldn't force myself to lie to him and be with him anymore. I think thats why it was so painful; because it just kind of stopped working. I broke up with him and it still felt terrible.

Don't wash your hair every day
Always condition (I use oVertone cuz it colors AND conditions my hair)
Don't use heat on it every day
