You can't use that example of others not putting in enough effort because some fans can't understand Hangul and CANNOT afford to join the fancafe. We get other benefits from being fancafe members, it's

No it's not your fault you cannot level up but if you can't then you bear the results. SHIT LOADS of people cannot understand korean but I have seen them level up by themselves, maybe getting some help as long as they don't publicize it. Rules are made for a reason, sure, to them fm who want to break the rules, break it all you want, you're just making it harder for people who actually want to follow the rules. BIGHIT making even stricter rules, how great it is. THE RULES WERE MADE TO MAKE DISCIPLINE PEOPLE and if you can't even accept this, then have it your own way.
