Please don't think this way... Sigh... The questions being hard to translate is nobody's fault ;-;... A lot of us do not understand korean either in the first place... Why have a negative thought of "they only want fans who can read korean to level up"... Numbers of fans who do not understand korean had struggle and managed to level up too... And from what my friend said the staffs are nice and they help to explain things nicely and patiently when you're a foreigner... They even have one or few sections for foreign fans... So it's actually a process to show if you really place enough effort or not into this.

I think you failed to submit? Does the page that pops out has a "!" Or "?" Sign on it? If it does it means your post failed to submit due to service error or the browser you use cannot support ...? So it tells you to try again later or with another browser ;-;
