The new level up form is very easy and user friendly, you should be able to work it out if you try for sometime... I don't know if there is a new tutorial put there available yet, but I kept getting this question I may make one soon when I have time. (Tutorial as in where to level up on which day, where to insert photos, how to lock your post and stuff, not helping you answer the questions or translating the questions). The questions are less and more easier now, compared to last time, just try and understand it by using google translate... Not copying the whole thing into it at once but phrase by phrase, it will make more sense. Then lastly try try try and try... That's all I can say because I tried for a long long time myself too... So good luck I hope this helps!
