low reps and high weight or high reps and low weight for muscle mass? i want both more strength and mass really bad
If that's your goal, I would do three sets of a weight that will get you tired after about 10 reps. If you struggle to do 6-8 reps, it's too much, and if you can easily do all 30 for the three sets, it isn't enough. A happy medium like that should give the results you want. Just make sure to pick a few muscles when you go work out and focus on those only for that day.
