Quali esercizi fai con i pesi e quanti kg usi?

Attualmente fo distensioni , croci , curl, stacchi, affondi, jump squat, stacco sumo, calf in piedi su scalino, rematore, pullover, scrollate, alzate, french press ed estensioni tutto con i manubri perché c ho solo quelli, e di peso ho provato a fa 20 kg ma per ora so troppi perché fo poche ripetizioni sicche so scesa a na decina di kg poi fra un po provo a rialzare kg
