remember to stay healthy! eating enough is still important, and so is exercise if you're physically able. don't starve yourself or harm your body in the process of losing weight. stay safe!!!

I had to delete my calorie counter for storage space ㅠㅠ I used bitesnap which was great, now I just manually keep track of numbers myself in a notepad (to the best of my abilities). but I'm reaaaaaaally tempted to download it again ack

Get rid of them and start portion control the size of your hand everything and pay attention to how your body responds to certain things that make you bloat element those and replace them with things that give you energy but make you feel lighter
