i used to be but it makes me have ridiculous panic attacks now

oops thought i replied an hour ago

it was a long rough solo shift today lol

treated like a prisoner, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat almost all day, set at 60 degrees in the winter, yelled at and degraded, could go on

only like 10 days i got out right before thanksgiving but it’s cause when my dad visited the psych hospital i begged him to get me out ( a psych ward is a bigger hell than any real life situation i promise you ) and we came up with a bs lie about i had to be discharged to due a death in the family and they wanted to keep me 2-3 months

i’m 27 now
i started SH at 15 with scissors that didn’t break the skin
i can’t remember when i was 16 but from age 17 to now its been sharp blades and knives
i didn’t get the idea from anyone
i just wanted my pain to escape
