Not all us females take hot showers. It has been said that hot showers can dry out your skin as well as cause blood clots. I don’t know how true the clots are, but I do know it can dry out the skin. Especially if you have hard water. It does get rid of most germs and bacteria though, so that’s understandable as to why some people like hot showers. Male and female. I like mines warm. It’s like me saying why you males showers got to be so cold? Which I don’t want to know the answer if it’s what I think it is. 🤦🏾♀️

Is self-improvement important to you?
Yes. I feel that if you’re joyous with yourself and the improvements you have done, that’s what matters. Other people’s opinions don’t matter. Because it will always be someone that will always talk down to you and keep saying that you can do better when you’re doing good enough for you. They never have anything good to say about you. If you’re joyful, and pleased with what you’ve done or doing, that’s all that matters. Those types of people will always have negative things to say about you no matter how far you’ve come up. That’s how them types are. Yes everyone can do better in one way, shape, or form. But if they’re pleased with the improvements they have done. Other people words are meaningless.
