I wouldn't buy something that's uncomfortable just because it's stylish or wear something ugly af just because it's comfortable. I wear heels but just on special occasions

Is it better to pay off a mortgage or let it run out? My parents are thinking about paying theirs off.
If they can afford to pay it off, yeah, the sooner the better. Most of a mortgage payment is interest.
