I got a string in my mystery box. A tri color "black blue and white" I like this string way more than any other string I've got from you guys. Idk if the braiding pattern is differnt, or if the black thread is thinner. Is there anything differnt in the manafacturing process? And where can I buy?

It was from champions collection. We released it only with the collection.

The YYF ledged is described as "one piece " Does this mean the two sides and the axle are one entire piece? Or the two sides are separate and held together by a solid axle?

Start with a single block of wood and carve a YoYo. No glue or press fit.

have you ever considered trying to get permission from duncan to produce 5A? Your team have without a doubt the best 5A players in the industry and the fact that you can't promote that is a real let down

It wouldn't be fair to our customers to pass on such a significant extra cost. We license our technology and have seen others offer technology reasonably. This just isn't reasonable.

Do you think the American aluminum alloy is harder and more reliable than Chinese aluminum alloy?Both 6061,but the American alloy never cause threads slip while the Chinese one do,so the bodies of my genesis could never combined.Make your production back to the U.S.A, please!

The last Genesis were made in the USA so...
We spec the same grade of 6061 for all Genesis regardless of where it was machined. Ironically both vendors used japanese machinery to make the parts.

Will there ever be another run of the Popstar? Such a fun pocket throw!

With dv888 dropping in price it's kinda pinched POPstar demand and we need to make a lot to keep the price down.... Right now it isn't in the books but we will look again for fall 2015

I had the comp question. I was just wondering how you even decide. Contenders? Clint, Paolo, Pat, I think. You even have new team who is contender by results. I just wondered how YYF decides who to help and how much. Thank you

Gentry, Paul and Luis are all top 5 in the last 2 years plus they have defeated all comers from Budapest to tokyo to orlando, so they have proven they have what it takes.
After that you need to show progress and form which there is plenty of time for a number of great players to do.

how do you think the seeding will work for top 3 at multinational contests in divisions besides 1a? semi finals in all divisions?

North America couldn't generate 3 for 2a, just managed 3 for 3 and 5. It's pretty weak. Central/South America going to be better? Doubt it. Eyyc 2,3,4,5? Might have the numbers but not the calibre. ap? Depends if people attend.
It costs a lot. Sometimes better to just practice prelims.
