I think you should stick to doing covers with your friend Try pushing in your stomach and that will support your notes and make them stronger.That song was way out of your range.Don't pick high songs, cause you cant sing them...

I can hit the high notes and my range is from F sharp below middle C to E two octives above, actually. I know I didn't hit them in the cover though.. Thanks.
