Thing that motivates you for gym?
No-thing,
I prefer cardio or jogging
I am all in favour of workout but don’t ever go to gym if you cannot be consistent,in your diet also
It is not for a year or two,most people won’t tell you this but if you wanna join gym then do it for life otherwise your muscles will become soft and your body will deform in later stage of life.
You must stay in shape by whatever means necessary,
Go to gym if you want,do cardio or select your own routine from any of the thousand workout videos available online.
Don’t ever let your Belly go so out of control that when you look down you cannot see your Own feet unless you are pregnant that’s an exception.
Your body is your temple & If you cannot even manage & take care of your own body then Aho..

Everybody has their own concept and so do I.
Marriage is not a life or death situation,it is far more complicated than that.
Either your life becomes heaven if you and your spouse have good understanding.Or if you don’t..,,in worst case your life becomes living hell.
In my case,,friend or not,there’s no way in hell Im marrying without knowing anything about her & wouldn’t want her to not know anything about me.
I would like to know the person I am marrying to,I would meet with her at least once (In the presence of her guardian or not;her decision) , I would tell her exactly what she would be getting into and I would expect her to do the same.It is not just a bond between two persons,it is also about connecting of the two families.
Sure everybody likes to be on their best behaviour but I would also like to talk about the dark side of mind because you also have to be there for each other on your worst days.
I don’t want there to be any hesitation on both our part while making the toughest decision of our lives.
If all goes well you can formally send your proposal with her permission.
