Do you wear a watch/fitness watch?
I wear an analogue watch with a round white face and a gold/silver metal strap. Like many watches it displays the date, but I particularly like this one because it also displays the day of the week, and I never know what day it is.
I need to replace it as it is becoming unreliable, but you'd be surprised how difficult it is to find an analogue watch that shows the day of the week. It's probably less than 1% of them.

Good morning everyone ☺️ what’s your plans for today?
Disappointed to hear that Wilko, the high street shop, is likely to shut down. It's the only place left on the high street that sells wine and beer making equipment. There are a few specialist shops around, but none in London, and the beer kits are so heavy that they cost a fortune to order by post. I therefore went out this afternoon and visited all four Wilko shops in my local area and I emptied their shelves of beer kits, buying 7 in total (they've been in short supply for months so I was lucky to find so many). That will keep me supplied for about three years. And the best thing of all, 5 of them were half price 🙂

If you could control an element (water,fire,earth,air), which one would you choose?
If you can control air temperature and pressure then you can also control fire and water, but it feels like controlling earth is probably more useful.

I planted this tree, and 50 others, in a new woodland that was being created back in January 2019. I marked it's GPS position and today I came back to see how it was getting on.

Have you ever asked a Uber driver to go a certain way and they have refused?
The Uber app that drivers use monitors their route and takes traffic into account. I wouldn't be surprised if it sends an alert to Uber HQ if the driver deviates too far from the planned route, for your safety.

Are taxis and Ubers the same thing near you?
In London we have the traditional black cabs as well as Uber, the difference being that you are allowed to hail a cab in the street, whereas Uber and other private hire vehicles have to be booked.
Locally, there's a company at the bottom of my street that I use if I ever need a taxi to the airport.

How many photos are in your phone camera roll?

Do you think trigger warnings should be included in books?
For excessively traumatic events, they probably should in the same way that films and computer games do.
Would you rather have unlimited food or unlimited gas & electricity?
I probably spend about 50% more on power than on food in a typical year, but if I had unlimited free food I would eat better food, whereas unlimited power would make no difference to my life other than saving money. I therefore choose food.
