material itu sebenernya ga pengaruh sm dia berada di daerah mana (kecuali emg konsepnya memprioritaskan kelokalan atau sustainibility). pake material apa dimana dan kapan lebih dipengaruhi sm aspek budget dan waktu.
kalau baja ringan lebih murah dibanding beton atau baja tp lebih mahal dibanding kayu. trs ya tergantung, targetnya bangunannya mau jadi cepet atau lama. prioritas sih.
