Mind if I answer too? I graduated in EE photonics concentration (but in the States, in NYC) and graduate school is kind of a must (Masters degree minimum) as well as laboratory research in photonics&optics during undergraduate. I don’t think it would be much different in Canada, so maybe this helps!

المرأة بطبيعتها تحب لفت الأنتباه لها
والرجل بطبيعته يحب أن يلتفت

وكلاهما ذريعة للفتنة، فيلزم المرأة أن تتجنب لفت الأنظار، ويلزم الرجل غض البصر.

لو عندي قناة على اليوتيوب وعايز اربح منها بس لازم افعل الاعلانات والإعلانات ممكن تكون فيها اغاني او نساء متبرجات كل واحد بيظهرله اعلان حسب اهتماماته ودي حاجة مقدرش اتحكم فيها هل حرام اكسب من القناة

ليس حراما. ويستحب لك إخراج بعض هذا الدخل من الإعلانات بنسبة تعادل الإعلانات المحرمة بنية تطهير مالك.

If after 3 days of istikhara my emotional state fluctuate between encouragement and discouragement, do I still take action normally and ignore what I feel? Or I wait?

The Sunnah: you do Istikhara then proceed to do the thing with all your might and capacity. If it happens, it'll be for the best, and if it doesn't then it'd also be for the best.

Istikhara and emotional state are not necessarily related, especially if you're an emotionally fluctuating person normally.

Salam shaikh. We know that according to hanbalis the skin of a dead animal is impure if it isn't slaughtered properly. So when we buy leather jackets or shoes, is it haram to buy them?

It's conditionally permissible to use dead skin of cattle or other naturally-pure animals that were improperly slaughtered _if_ they were to be used to contain dry objects (they're not permissible to contain water or other liquids, but permissible to use them for storing fruit etc.
They are najis nonetheless, and so prayer should be avoided in leather clothes used from non halal sources in the mathhab.
