الصحيح أن القراءة في الصلاة السرية تكون بالدرجة التي يستطيع الإنسان أن يسمع نفسه، فالقراءة تكون فيها همسا.
أما الصلاة من غير تحريك الشفاه واللسان فهي باطلة عند جمهور الفقهاء لأنه لم يقم بالفعل أصلا وإنما تخيله، فمثله كمثل مستلق على الأريكة ويتخيل أنه يصلي.

هذا موضع شهادة، لا يجوز الحلف بالله كذبا، وهي كبيرة من الكبائر، يجب التوبة، والكفارة على كل واحد حلف إطعام عشرة مساكين أو كسوتهم، من نفس مستوى الطعام والملبس.
لكن اجمالا، يجوز التعريض في مثل هذا الموضع للتوفيق بين زوجين أو الإصلاح بين اثنين.

الذي عليه جمهور المذاهب أن الدعاء بسبب الاستكبار وعليه فهم الصحابة بنص راوي الحديث.
فالأكل باليمين مستحب وباليسار مكروه، وعامة الأوامر النبوية في الآداب هي من باب الاستحباب، وعلى هذا معتمد المذاهب الأربعة. لم يخالفهم إلا أصحاب المذهب الظاهري، وخلافهم لا يلتفت إليه في المسائل التي خالفوا فيها فهم الصحابة.

ايه رايك يا شيخ ماجد في كتاب English vocabulary in use, لزيادة حصيلة الكلمات؟
ما أدري حقيقة الفائدة العملية لهذا. الدماغ ليس مستودع حروف وكلمات لوحدها من غير قصص وذكريات ومعان ومشاعر. لذا الأفضل لك أن تكثر القراءة في الكتب والروايات واستخدم قاموسا للمساعدة.

Yes, it has to have dust speckles. If it's rocky or muddy then it is not valid as a medium for tayanmum.

بالصدفة وجدت نقطة صمغ "أمير" على ظفري وتذكرت انها من اسبوع ملحوظة: صمغ أمير كطلاء الاظافر يحجب الماء وقد اغتسلت في هذا الاسبوع هل اعيد الصلوات السابقة "بحكم ان الوضوء لم يكن صحيح" هل اعيد الغسل "بحكم انه غير كامل"
ما عليك إلا أن تزيل الطلاء وتغسل ما تحته فقط، ثم تتوضأ وتعيد صلوات الاسبوع.
