السلام عليكم ياشيخ،هل من مصارف الزكاة اعطاء بني هاشم الخمس؟ قصدي في زمننا هذا اذا في ناس يقولوا ان نسبهم يمتد للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ومن حقهم خمس الزكاة هل هذا صحيح ؟

١. زكاة المال ربع العشر
٢. تعطى لمستحقيها وهم الأصناف الثمانية المذكورون في القرآن
٣. آل محمد عليه وعليهم الصلاة والسلام تحرم عليهم الصدقة والزكاة لقوله تعالى: قل ما أسألكم عليه أجرا.
٤. الخمس اللي بيأكله أصحاب العمم (على وزن رمم) بتوع الشيعة هو عين السحت بتاع الأحبار.
٥. قول الله واعلموا أنما غنمتم... الآية: خاص في خمس الغنائم من الحرب.
تسألني طيب خمس المغنم الآن نعطيه لذرية آل محمد اليوم؟
الجواب: لما تحصل مغنم كلمني :)

ما الغواية المقصودة في قول الله تعالي علي لسان الشيطان "قال رب بما أغويتني لأزينن لهم في الأرض ولأغوينهم أجمعين "هل يغوي الله 🤔مش الغواية دي حاجة مش محمودة

اولا الشيطان بيقول كدة
وهو في هذه أصل كل من يتحجج بالقدر على ارتكاب المعصية.
هو بيقول انت اللي قدرت لي ان افعل كذا، فهو يلوم ربه.
وطبعا هذا كلام ضلال وفساد مبين، محدش سحب المذنب من ايده وقال له لازم تعمل الذنب، إنما وقع باختياره.

Last night, I noticed an obvious brown discharge in underwear. When I cleaned up that area, I noticed very light brown colouring + normal colouring (urine, etc). The next morning, no obvious or heavier discharge, only same light brown tint when cleaning up front passage. Am I excused from praying?

The most important question here is: do you have a regular menstrual cycle.
If you do, and this was in the expected time, then yes it is.
If you do, and this wasn't, then no, continue to pray and do wudu normally.
If you don't have a regular cycle, and this looks like day 1 of a cycle, and it's been at least 13 days since last cycle ended, then this is your cycle.
If you don't, and this doesn't, or it hasn't, then it isn't your period.

حضرتك انا فطرت شهر رمضان لما كنت فى ثالثه ثانوي دفعه ٢٠١٧ طلع شيخ مش متذكرة اسمه حلل الفطار للطلاب عشان كنا بنمتحن وجه عليه رمضان اللى بعده ومكنتش صمت الشهر كدين عليا قولت كل راعي مسؤل عن رعيته. وانا حاليا حاسه بالذنب اعمل ايه اصومه واستغفر ولا اطلع ذكاة عن الشهر

عليك قضاء كل يوم أفطرتيه
وإطعام مسكين عن كل يوم كذلك.

السلام عليكم ياشيخ أعانك الله علينا هناك سؤال يتردد في ذهني الا وهو هل ذّكر عن الرسول عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام عن مكان السماء السابعة عندما كنت صغيرا اعتقدت انها في الفضاء لكن الانسان قد وصل الفضاء ف اين مكانها بالزبط ....ام مكانها لايعملمه الا الله والانبياء والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اشمعنى السابعة؟ طيب فين الثالثة مثلا؟
مفهوم الأحاديث أن كل ما نراه هو السماء الدنيا.

A bit of a, weird? Question: I read a while ago about health benefits of sleeping naked, but is there a specific religious rule about it? (I’ll be locking my door so no one would enter while probably being under a blanket Thank you

1. The hadeeth is fabricated.
2. It is prohibited to be naked when alone, according to the majority of scholars of Islam.
The Messenger of God was asked: our privates, what are the do's and don'ts?
He said: Conceal your privates, except with your wife and what you own.
They asked: what if we lived in a condense dwelling?
He said: if you can make sure that no one sees it, then do that.
They asked: What about alone?
He said: It is more imperative to be shy before God.
Authentically narrated by Abi Dawud.
3. If the person is covering with a blanket then there's no problem in sleeping naked. Make sure the door is closed and if there are young children that they learn to knock before entering.
Keep in mind people didn't have something called PJs back then, it was underwear at best.
4. Some doctors may suggest that sleeping naked is better for your health. The reality is that tight fitted clothes is the main problem. So wear something loose, or just use a cover.
5. Don't forget your athkar before bed, it's the only way to protect you in your sleep.

شفت أدهى من ذلك
سألت تلاميذ في المسجد، في مناسبة الاحتفال بالعام الهجري الجديد: متى عاش النبي؟ فقال أذكاهم: قبل خمسين الف سنة!
وسألت طلابا في ثانوية إسلامية: اذكر آية فيها رب العالمين. فلم يجب أحد.
وعندي من النوادر كثير.

In my country, fathers casually marry their daughters to men who don't pray, who work with haram, who curse and openly show other major sins, or kufr even. Or they ban their daughters from getting married to Muslims from other people/colors so i don't buy that mothers would be worse at the decision

In my country they murder women for being aboriginal, and when people report it to the police the police say: she had it coming.

جزاك الله خيرا على الرد.. ترتيب جامعة أوتاوا ١٤١ على جامعات العالم، بينما الجامعات الأربعة اللي ذكرتها ترتيبها أقل من ١٠٠.. شو هي المزايا اللي ترفع من قيمة أوتاوا بوجهة نظرك؟

المدينة فيها أفضل جالية مسلمة في كندا بلا منازع. المدينة الوحيدة التي فيها مجلس أئمة يشمل جميع مساجد المدينة، ورابطة تشمل جميع المنظمات الإسلامية في أوتاوا، وكثافة الجالية تزيد عن ١٠% من سكان العاصمة، من أعلى الكثافات السكانية للجالية المسلمة في كندا،
زد الحدائق والمواصلات العامة والمطاعم الحلال والمدارس الإسلامية، تجعل من الصعب مقارنتها بمدينة أخرى لو انت رب أسرة مسلمة.
لو عزابي ممكن أقولك جرب ووترلوو لوحدك مش مشكلة.
انا بتكلم من منظور اجتماعي بحت.

Unpopular opinion: The last two people on earth that should be involved in the decision making of a marriage are the mothers of the bride and groom.
He should not listen to his mom at all on this.
