Ich finde es ist alles eine art und weise der selbstreflektion, aber vor allem in wie weit man sie kann und möchte oder will und muss.
Vor allem ist es denke ich eine situationsabhängige Thematik, Was betrachte ich wie wann fällt mir etwas bewusst auf? Und was nehme ich wirklich Wahr? Wann kann ich wie und wo bewusst gegen etwas Steuern Oder etwas wirklich beeinflussen. Und die frage ist wie kann ich in solchen momenten beide seiten betrachten und das objektiv? Wie würdest du denn in solchen Momenten reagieren
Ich gebe mir alle mühe, mein ganzes leben lang stets besser zu werden und mich zu bessern aber am Ende eben nur für mich sonst keinen. Versuchen bewusster an alles heran zu gehen. Realistisch bleiben. KEINE DISKUSSIONEN MEHR!
