I guess my mother

They seemed to be pretty religious when we were younger anyway. And my mom still goes to church

Japan; we went to a bunch of different cities:

Tokyo is like NYC but better. Shibuya is the the Times Square of Tokyo

Nara has SO MANY DEER. They just wander around free and aren’t afraid of people at all

Hiroshima was very humbling and had a very heavy feeling. The ruins of where the bomb dropped are still standing and it made everything so real for me as an American

I think it was a lake, actually.
We went kayaking last summer and one of the rivers we took opened up to a lake

I’m currently using Duolingo to learn Japanese and it’s actually pretty helpful too

😆 okay, story time

So in college we spent a lot of free time playing Mario Kart on N64

For a loooong time I played Mario as my main. Except he absolutely sucks in that game so i spent a lot of time yelling at the tv cuz he just wouldn’t do what i told him to do and it was known amongst our friend group that i hated Mario

One day i just said “screw you Mario” and switched to DK and it was a significant improvement

Then my Twitter got hacked and i had to think of a new account on the spot and that was the first thing that i came up with

That was 5 years ago and now I can’t change it 🤷🏻‍♀️
