No but then with weight gain comes a lot of other personal issues. I wouldn't care less if my significant other gained weight as long as they're not being miserable and depressed and obsessed about it. Because some people make the room feel like it's just them and their fat in it and they don't want to do anything about it just complain. That WOULD drive me straight out from relationship.
