No, I think it's deliberately underfunded and sabotaged by an Ultra-Capitalist, Ring-Wing government so they can try to convert the country into an insurance-based system, thus no longer taking any responsibility for the health care of its citizens, whilst killing the poor through socio-economic warfare, whilst also making huge amounts of money in private contract deals.
First, brush your hair BEFORE you wash your hair, as well as after.Second, find a shampoo and conditioner that works for you. Personally, I find Head & Shoulders works best for me, however your mileage may vary.On that first point, yes use conditioner. Also, don't use 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. Whilst 2 in 1 versions clean your hair, what you won't get is that silky and shiny feeling you're after. So wash your hair (with lukewarm water) with shampoo, then rinse it out thoroughly, then use conditioner. Leave the conditioner in your hair for about three minutes before rinsing it out. Once you've rinsed your hair of the conditioner, brush your hair.DO NOT towel dry your hair. That creates friction, and damages your hair. Air drying is the best way to dry your hair, though if you have a hair dryer with a cold setting, that will work too.Do not wash your hair every day, as you can cause issues with your hair that way. Wash your hair either every 2 days or 3 days. Finally, BE PATIENT. This won't fix your hair quickly. Some people find it can take up to 6 months or more to see differences. It depends on how damaged the hair is, so again your mileage may vary.Good luck.
The only language I'm fluent in is English.I've studied some French and a tiny amount of Latin. Both I did in school, and I tried relearning French sometime last year via DuoLingo.

There's different kinds of respect.1. Respect for something/someone's existence and rights. 2. Respect for a person's personality, standing, etc.For example, I respect that Donald Trump is a human and I respect his right to live. I don't respect Donald Trump as a member of society, given he is a immoral, dangerous, evil cunt.Respect isn't just one thing.
