Honestly I think children shouldn't have electronic devices. But you could limit the usage on his device, set a time when to watch. Set more boundaries or else the light can damage his eyes.

Then take care of your child. Tell him not to get near anyone that’s like a predator or something.

I don't think tiktok is good. Make your son realize that he was doing wrong and pamper up him with his favourite food and you might know how to cheer him better

You should set boundaries for him using it, if at all. If you can't do that, well, he doesn't need it. Be prepared for him to try and get it back though.
