I’m not sure . I’m personally into spirituality and crazy things, and I don’t know what I’d do if my partner would make me convert into anything I wasn’t comfortable. Maybe talk to him and your family and friends about your concerns and speak openly.

You should never feel forced into being something you’re not or comfortable with. You do need to ask yourself this though. Will you be happy within yourself if you convert ? Always remember your feelings to.

Conservatism and Christianity differ. Conservatism is a self discipline thing where Christianity is the institution. Monogamy is probably the only thing to fairly need to agree on to build from. Church going stuff? tell him "meh" as that may as well be like him having to watch all of twighlight and 50 shades of grey every week (i havent watched them, just youtube snippets wondering what theyre about but it should be a comparable level of boredom)
