like washing your self to clean impurity of body to save your self from disease .you have to clan your thoughts for healthy mind and soul .keep your self with positive people and stay away from impurity of society like people with arrogance ,jealousy,proud,hate ,ignorance .
there are soap and water like book of knowledge and people with knowledge who can pure your soul from deadly infectious impurity .
the best way to stay healthy is to stay away from sick people and stay with healthy souls .there are millions of sicks around if you stay with them they will make you sick .
remember all you investment ,your time your pride,beauty,wealth,health,body,knowledge are with you till your eyes is open .once you are dead it wont help you anymore,utilize your time before its too late .
instead of wasting time here and there earn something from knowledge wealth and health .
ask forgiveness and stay away from sins and sinful people .
on day of judgement people are call in group ,pray that may Allah keep you in group of people who are obedient and pious but for that you have to be in that group .close your eyes and judge your self in light of quran ,and cleanse your self from knowledge and keep your self pure ,Aameen

Not to disparge/disrepect Islam.. Explain how to have a relationship with Allah if did not/does not make a way for us to get to him since sin is literally a crime against him (rape, murder, stealing are crimes according to man & a sentence is requried but Allah does not?) and a Savior is needed

there is very small difference between Christianity and Islam is we believe that Jesus is not son of god because Allah has no son or father or daughter,we believe that Jesus is just prophet of chain of Abramic religion .if you have chance read translation of quran there are whole chapter about Mary and Jesus.we believe that Mary is the most pious women of human kind .
we believe that power of forgiveness is only for Allah and his messenger if Allah permitted on day of judgement .but Allah is most merciful and if you ask for forgiveness he will forgive you no matter how big your sins or crime is .
